Tomorrow is the real ride in the rodeo. Jon and Gene decided their boys needed to practice. Ty was the brave one and went first. They tied him on tight and let go of Ty and the sheep and then kicked it to make it go. The sheep ran right into the corral wall and Ty went flying head first into one of the boards. It happened so fast. Luckily mom said Ty couldn't ride unless he wore his bike helmet. Even though both Jon and Ty fought with me on it, I won and he wore his helmet. We would probably still be in the hospital tonight if he wasn't wearing it.
With some tears and coaxing after such a dramatic crash, Jon threw Ty back on to show him he could do it.

They decided the bear hug would keep him on longer than being the tough looking bull rider that sits up with one hand in the air. Ty is in it to win, so he is going to hug with all his might. I really think he is determined enough that he just might win it.

What do you mean he would still be in the hospital? Did he have to go? What a brave little kid. He looks like a natural
